Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and the United States, with tracking on every order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within approximately 10 to 20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, but trust us, it's worth the wait.

Can I track my order?

Yes, babe. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can stalk it all the way to your door.

Why did my items arrive separately?

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. Don't panic, the rest of your haul is on its way.

What is your return policy?

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

We're so sorry about that. Email us your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?
